Prepare preliminary project timeline

¤ Review UCD ADM and select appropriate deliverables and tasks.

¤ Define resource assumptions for the next stage.

¤ Utilize standard estimating techniques to project a timeline for the next stage.

¤ Estimate resource assumptions for the design, construction and implementation stages if their scope and system technology is known.

¤ Identify those factors which will hamper or enhance the pace of the project and adjust the timelines accordingly.

¤ Identify the dependencies among tasks in the next stage of this project.
