¤ Advise the identified UCD control function groups of the project's objectives, projected benefits, costs/resources, participants, SWOT, risk factors, funding source(s) and time-lines.
¤ Establish role for selected UCD control function groups in the project.
¤ Update the Project Initiation Request status to reflect the completion o of the Project Initiation Stage.
