A joint Help Desk supports the PPS Decision Support (PPS DS), the PPS Data Warehouse (PPS DW) and the Student Information System (SIS) system. If you have questions regarding usercode, password, gaining access, data update or general questions; the Help Desk can either answer your question or route the question to the staff who can. If you requesting access, please download the application at our site. Representatives in the central administrative offices are still the best resource for answering your data-related questions.

Once you have been granted access to PPS Decision Support and/or the PPS Data Warehouse, you will automatically added to one or both of the Email listservs that support the users of these systems. Announcements regarding the PPS Decision Support system (i.e. new report announcements, system availability) are sent to the PPS Decision Support users list (ppsds-users@ucdavis.edu) list while more technology-related notes (i.e. table/view changes, IP address updates, system availability) are sent to the PPS Data Warehouse users list (ppsdw-users@ucdavis.edu).

FOR DATA-RELATED QUESTIONS

The campus administrative offices are the best resource for answering questions regarding details about the payroll, personnel, expense and staffing list data.
