A table identifying the version and date loaded for the staffing list data maintained
in the PPS data warehouse. The data originates from the Planning and Budget Office
Staffing List.

| FISCAL_YEAR | FISCAL YEAR | NUMBER(4) | The four-digit Fiscal Year during which this staffing budget transaction was processed. |
| DATA_SET_DESC | STAFFING LIST NAME | VARCHAR2(60) | The name of the version of the staffing data (IE. Final Staffing List) |
| DATA_TYPE | STAFFING LIST TYPE | VARCHAR2(1) | The code indicating the version type of staffing list data (values are I=indefinitely maintained, R=reference - stays for a fixed time period, U=update - stays until the next update, reference or indefinite version is created) |
