The Class Title Ouline code indicates the primary occupation group to which a job title is assigned for reporting purposes. For staff titles this field is known as the Occupational SubGroup Code. This table translates the CTO/OSC code found in the Job Title Code - Common Information (CTLTCI) table.
There are 3 levels of code interpretation, each increasingly more detailed. Currently
this table only contains level 1 and level 2 entries with the data coming from the Office
of the President Corporate Personnel System Data Dictionary. This entity will be manually
maintained.
