The translation list of the four-digit job title code. It contains the associated job title, name, bargaining unit, step/grade, and personnel program (i.e. Academic, SSP, MSP). The data originates from the Payroll Control Table (CTL).
Payrates for the different personnel programs are found in approximately a dozen related tables (CTLTPA-CTLTPX), with each personnel program and each payment type (regular versus on-call or shift-differential) having its own table. The original CTLTCI table multiple records per title code with many redundant records since each UCOP update cycle created an additional entry in this table. The original copy of the table with the duplicates has been renamed to CTLTCI_UCOP. The current version of the CTLTCI table as been processed to include only the most current entry per title code.
