The following pages contain the Task is performed by Role matrix. For each task it identifies the roles which are played and the responsibility carried by each role relative to that task. The responsibilities are primary, consultative, endorsing, supportive, input providing or approving. Additionally, the matrix identifies when a role uses the output of a task. Each of these responsibilities are described more fully on the preceding pages. The roles are also described on the preceding pages.
The matrix organizes the tasks according to the stage in which they are performed.
