The ADM specifies several types of roles and responsibilities associated with the execution of tasks and development of deliverables. The ADM identifies organizational and individual roles which can be associated with the specified responsibilities. Each of the roles can perform one or more of the specified responsibilities for any specific deliverable. Further, an individual or organization can perform more than one of the specified roles in any particular task or project.
