6. Provide the best possible training in the use of the tools and methodology.
7. Ensure full end-user participation.
8. Structure the work so that each developer is doing something interesting and creative.
9. Establish clear goals and measurements, and rank the teams according to their success in meeting the goals.
10. Employ powerful motivational techniques.
11. Be careful to avoid bum-out.
12. Make the development process as enjoyable as possible.
