Proof-of-Concept Projects

Proof-of-concept projects are intended to demonstrate that the new tools and methodology work. For these projects, the systems chosen should be non-critical and fairly small. They should be buildable by a small Construction Team in no more than 60 days. Proof-of-concept projects should build confidence in and credibility for the new life cycle and enable its productivity to be compared with that of the traditional life cycle. To demonstrate fully the capabilities of the methodology, it may pay to have a skilled consultant lead or participate in a proof of-concept project.
