Essential Aspects

RAD has four essential aspects:

If any one of these ingredients is inadequate, development will not be high speed. Development life-cycles are needed which weave these ingredients together as effectively as possible.

Tools: Power tools are essential.
Methodology: The most effective family of techniques must be formalized.
People: Bright people must be well trained.
Management: The project must be managed for speed.
