Small System Project

    1. May not have budget assigned
    2. Affects very few organization units
    3. May involve either in-house developed system or purchased software
    4. for tasks prior to A3.5. After task A3.4.4, it involves an in-house
    5. developed system.
    6. Expected to require few resources
    7. Involves a small # of bus. processes
    8. Involves a small # of entity types
    9. Probably produces few outputs
    10. May have a flexible time-line
    11. May have a short term life
    12. Has few system interfaces
    13. Is assumed to be new system development
    14. Does not involve significant change/revision to existing systems
