* How it is conceived (PLAN, SCHEDULE)
* How it comes into being (MAKE, PURCHASE)
* How it changes (REPAIR, PROMOTE)
* How it is disposed of (CANCEL, SELL, DISMANTLE)
* How it is monitored (MONITOR, CONTROL)
